2025 Daylily Show

The MCDS 2025 Daylily Show was held at the Upper Arlington Public Library on June 28, 2025. We had a total of 175 on scape flowers and about 50 off scape flowers in the show. The show also included 6 daylily designs (flower arrangements) prepared by members Karen Ciula, Debbie Colvin, Robyn Fauth and Sophia Fauth. Arielle Lucius (Show Chair) and Charles Lucius want to sincerely thank everyone involved in any way with this very successful show. If you helped with the show set up, volunteered during the show, brought flowers, prepared arrangements, cleaned up after the show or invited your family and/or friends to attend — we are most grateful for your help. We also want to thank the show judges who drove to Columbus and spent their day judging the show.

Even though the recent rainy and hot weather had stressed the flowers, the overall quality of the entries was excellent. Many blue and purple ribbons were awarded for nearly perfect daylilies. Congratulations to everyone!
